In the second quarter of 2024 the gross domestic product was $888B MX, 7.58% more than the previous quarter.

According DENUE 2024, Nursing and Residential Care Facilities registered 4,027 economic units. The states with the highest number of economic units were Ciudad de México (316), Jalisco (314), and Michoacán de Ocampo (218).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019, total gross production was $2.88B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Ciudad de México ($715M MX) and Jalisco ($404M MX).

For its part, total income reached $3.4B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Ciudad de México ($791M MX) and Jalisco ($518M MX).

Economic activities are related if they require similar knowledge or inputs. In 2014 in Nursing and Residential Care Facilities the states with the highest affinity were Sonora (0.83), Chihuahua (0.77), Coahuila de Zaragoza (0.72), Nuevo León (0.72), and Sinaloa (0.71).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019,  2,847 economic units were totaled in Nursing and Residential Care Facilities, highlighting Jalisco (269), Ciudad de México (256), and Baja California (182).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019, the distribution of economic units according to size that had access to financing was 5.44% units with up to 10 people, 6.87% units with 11 to 50 people, 5% units with 51 to 250 people, and 0% units with 251 and more people.

According to the age of the economic units, the distribution of those that obtained financing was 9.03% of the recently created (up to 2 years) units, 8.23% of the youth (3 to 5 years) units, 4.76% of the adults (6 to 10 years) units, and 4.55% of the seniors (over 10 years) units.

The states with the highest percentage of economic units that received financing were Morelos (12.7%), Aguascalientes (11.6%), Zacatecas (10.3%), Chihuahua (9.93%), and Sinaloa (9.09%).
