In the second quarter of 2024 the gross domestic product was $2.57T MX, 6.82% more than the previous quarter.

According DENUE 2024, General Freight Trucking registered 6,669 economic units. The states with the highest number of economic units were Nuevo León (683), Estado de México (663), and Tamaulipas (549).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019, total gross production was $114B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Nuevo León ($17.1B MX) and Estado de México ($14.5B MX).

For its part, total income reached $115B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Nuevo León ($17.2B MX) and Estado de México ($14.6B MX).

Economic activities are related if they require similar knowledge or inputs. In 2014 in General Freight Trucking the states with the highest affinity were Nuevo León (0.79), Chihuahua (0.76), Coahuila de Zaragoza (0.73), Baja California (0.71), and Sonora (0.71).

In the second quarter of 2024, Transportation and Warehousing recorded a gross domestic product of $2.57T MX, evidencing an increase of 6.82% compared to the previous quarter and an increase of 10.9% compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to data from the Economic Census 2019,  3,776 economic units were totaled in General Freight Trucking, highlighting Estado de México (415), Nuevo León (398), and Tamaulipas (343).

Total gross production was $114B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Nuevo León ($17.1B MX) and Estado de México ($14.5B MX).

Total income reached $115B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Nuevo León ($17.2B MX) and Estado de México ($14.6B MX).

According to dato from Economic Census 2014, General Freight Trucking had a total of 7,500 economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of economic units were Nuevo Laredo (342), Monterrey (240), and Manzanillo (216)

Total income eached $192B MX and the municipalities with the highest income were Nuevo Laredo ($10.9B MX), Juárez ($8.15B MX), and Guadalajara ($7.9B MX).

Total expenditures were $142B MX and the municipalities with the highest expenditures were Nuevo Laredo ($7.88B MX), Guadalajara ($6.21B MX), and Tlalnepantla de Baz ($6.12B MX).

On the other hand, in 2014 there were 279948 employees dependent on economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of employees were León (19.6k), Nuevo Laredo (17.4k), and Juárez (16k).

According to DENUE data published in May 2024, 3,693 companies with 0 to 10 employees were registered (27 companies more than the previous period). In the same period, 2,188 companies with 11 to 50 employees were registered (2 companies more than the previous period).

387 companies with 51 to 100 employees were registered in 2024 (3 companies less than the previous period). Likewise, 401 companies with more than 101 employees were registered (3 companies less than the previous period).
