In the second quarter of 2024 the gross domestic product was $778B MX, 2.32% more than the previous quarter.

According DENUE 2024, Traveler Accommodation registered 22,375 economic units. The states with the highest number of economic units were Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave (1,827), Jalisco (1,553), and Oaxaca (1,473).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019, total gross production was $228B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Quintana Roo ($76.7B MX) and Ciudad de México ($24.5B MX).

For its part, total income reached $234B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Quintana Roo ($79.9B MX) and Ciudad de México ($24.8B MX).

Economic activities are related if they require similar knowledge or inputs. In 2014 in Traveler Accommodation the states with the highest affinity were Chihuahua (0.71), Sonora (0.7), Coahuila de Zaragoza (0.67), Nuevo León (0.65), and Baja California (0.64).

In the second quarter of 2024, Accommodation and Food Services recorded a gross domestic product of $778B MX, evidencing an increase of 2.32% compared to the previous quarter and an increase of 2.59% compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to data from the Economic Census 2019,  21,174 economic units were totaled in Traveler Accommodation, highlighting Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave (1,726), Jalisco (1,475), and Oaxaca (1,398).

Total gross production was $228B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Quintana Roo ($76.7B MX) and Ciudad de México ($24.5B MX).

Total income reached $234B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Quintana Roo ($79.9B MX) and Ciudad de México ($24.8B MX).

According to dato from Economic Census 2014, Traveler Accommodation had a total of 48,696 economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of economic units were Cuauhtémoc (1.18k), Acapulco de Juárez (1.14k), and Oaxaca de Juárez (825)

Total income eached $304B MX and the municipalities with the highest income were Benito Juárez ($47.8B MX), Solidaridad ($38.6B MX), and Los Cabos ($25.6B MX).

Total expenditures were $212B MX and the municipalities with the highest expenditures were Benito Juárez ($33.8B MX), Solidaridad ($28.8B MX), and Los Cabos ($18.2B MX).

On the other hand, in 2014 there were 569934 employees dependent on economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of employees were Benito Juárez (36.7k), Solidaridad (26.2k), and Cuauhtémoc (20.9k).

577 companies with 51 to 100 employees were registered in 2024 (15 companies less than the previous period). Likewise, 768 companies with more than 101 employees were registered (14 companies less than the previous period).
