In the second quarter of 2024 the gross domestic product was $2.57T MX, 6.82% more than the previous quarter.

According DENUE 2024, Support Activities for Transportation registered 8,664 economic units. The states with the highest number of economic units were Tamaulipas (986), Ciudad de México (949), and Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave (636).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019, total gross production was $215B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Ciudad de México ($66.7B MX) and Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave ($20.7B MX).

For its part, total income reached $220B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Ciudad de México ($68B MX) and Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave ($20.8B MX).

Economic activities are related if they require similar knowledge or inputs. In 2014 in Support Activities for Transportation the states with the highest affinity were Sonora (0.82), Chihuahua (0.78), Nuevo León (0.74), Baja California (0.72), and Coahuila de Zaragoza (0.72).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019,  7,109 economic units were totaled in Support Activities for Transportation, highlighting Ciudad de México (862), Tamaulipas (829), and Baja California (522).

Total gross production was $215B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Ciudad de México ($66.7B MX) and Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave ($20.7B MX).

According to dato from Economic Census 2014, Support Activities for Transportation had a total of 16,059 economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of economic units were Nuevo Laredo (1.16k), Tijuana (942), and Manzanillo (834)

Total income eached $186B MX and the municipalities with the highest income were Veracruz ($15.3B MX), Carmen ($14.4B MX), and Venustiano Carranza ($14B MX).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019, the distribution of economic units according to size that had access to financing was 8.22% units with up to 10 people, 18.1% units with 11 to 50 people, 30.5% units with 51 to 250 people, and 31.9% units with 251 and more people.

According to the age of the economic units, the distribution of those that obtained financing was 12.8% of the recently created (up to 2 years) units, 11.8% of the youth (3 to 5 years) units, 11.6% of the adults (6 to 10 years) units, and 14.3% of the seniors (over 10 years) units.

The states with the highest percentage of economic units that received financing were Querétaro (20.3%), Baja California Sur (18.1%), Nuevo León (17.9%), Quintana Roo (17%), and Ciudad de México (16.6%).
