In the second quarter of 2024 the gross domestic product was $1.33T MX, 19.4% more than the previous quarter.

According DENUE 2024, Support Activities for Crop Production registered 2,150 economic units. The states with the highest number of economic units were Yucatán (430), Michoacán de Ocampo (176), and Sonora (162).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019, total gross production was $8.22B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Sonora ($2.98B MX) and Chihuahua ($1.26B MX).

For its part, total income reached $8.53B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Sonora ($3.12B MX) and Chihuahua ($1.32B MX).

Economic activities are related if they require similar knowledge or inputs. In 2014 in Support Activities for Crop Production the states with the highest affinity were Chihuahua (0.75), Sonora (0.74), Nuevo León (0.7), Coahuila de Zaragoza (0.69), and Baja California (0.68).

In the second quarter of 2024, Agriculture, Animal Production, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting recorded a gross domestic product of $1.33T MX, evidencing an increase of 19.4% compared to the previous quarter and an increase of 5.77% compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to data from the Economic Census 2019,  970 economic units were totaled in Support Activities for Crop Production, highlighting Yucatán (213), Sonora (75), and Michoacán de Ocampo (74).

Total gross production was $8.22B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Sonora ($2.98B MX) and Chihuahua ($1.26B MX).

Total income reached $8.53B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Sonora ($3.12B MX) and Chihuahua ($1.32B MX).

According to dato from Economic Census 2014, Support Activities for Crop Production had a total of 1,170 economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of economic units were Akil (618), Ahome (114), and Hermosillo (60)

Total income eached $1.31B MX and the municipalities with the highest income were Torreón ($251M MX), Ahome ($218M MX), and San Salvador Huixcolotla ($145M MX).

Total expenditures were $3.64B MX and the municipalities with the highest expenditures were La Paz ($2.91B MX), Ahome ($141M MX), and Torreón ($117M MX).

On the other hand, in 2014 there were 7767 employees dependent on economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of employees were Akil (1.47k), Ahome (1.11k), and Ensenada (762).

According to DENUE data published in May 2024, 1,590 companies with 0 to 10 employees were registered (796 companies more than the previous period). In the same period, 396 companies with 11 to 50 employees were registered (198 companies more than the previous period).

78 companies with 51 to 100 employees were registered in 2024 (36 companies more than the previous period). Likewise, 86 companies with more than 101 employees were registered (43 companies more than the previous period).
