According to data from the Economic Census 2019,  29 economic units were totaled in Pipeline Transportation of Natural Gas, highlighting Ciudad de México (9), Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave (4), and Coahuila de Zaragoza (3).

According to dato from Economic Census 2014, Pipeline Transportation of Natural Gas had a total of 27 economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of economic units were Cuauhtémoc (15) and Miguel Hidalgo (12)

Total income eached $9.2B MX and the municipalities with the highest income were Cuauhtémoc ($7.09B MX) and Miguel Hidalgo ($2.11B MX).

Total expenditures were $3.01B MX and the municipalities with the highest expenditures were Cuauhtémoc ($1.64B MX) and Miguel Hidalgo ($1.38B MX).
