In the second quarter of 2024 the gross domestic product was $2.8T MX, 0.95% more than the previous quarter.

According DENUE 2024, Rent without Real Estate Intermediation registered 32,066 economic units. The states with the highest number of economic units were Estado de México (3,279), Jalisco (2,623), and Ciudad de México (2,166).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019, total gross production was $36B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Ciudad de México ($14B MX) and Nuevo León ($3.47B MX).

For its part, total income reached $36.8B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Ciudad de México ($14.5B MX) and Nuevo León ($3.55B MX).

Economic activities are related if they require similar knowledge or inputs. In 2014 in Rent without Real Estate Intermediation the states with the highest affinity were Chihuahua (0.76), Nuevo León (0.73), Sonora (0.73), Coahuila de Zaragoza (0.72), and Baja California (0.69).

In the second quarter of 2024, Real Estate and Rental and Leasing recorded a gross domestic product of $2.8T MX, evidencing an increase of 0.95% compared to the previous quarter and an increase of 4.67% compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to data from the Economic Census 2019,  30,413 economic units were totaled in Rent without Real Estate Intermediation, highlighting Estado de México (3,085), Jalisco (2,522), and Guanajuato (1,960).

Total gross production was $36B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Ciudad de México ($14B MX) and Nuevo León ($3.47B MX).

Total income reached $36.8B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Ciudad de México ($14.5B MX) and Nuevo León ($3.55B MX).

According to dato from Economic Census 2014, Rent without Real Estate Intermediation had a total of 69,225 economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of economic units were Guadalajara (1.71k), Puebla (1.64k), and León (1.35k)

Total income eached $35B MX and the municipalities with the highest income were Azcapotzalco ($4.2B MX), Monterrey ($1.66B MX), and Miguel Hidalgo ($1.6B MX).

Total expenditures were $20B MX and the municipalities with the highest expenditures were Azcapotzalco ($2.85B MX), Miguel Hidalgo ($1.4B MX), and Monterrey ($1.07B MX).

On the other hand, in 2014 there were 163767 employees dependent on economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of employees were Puebla (6.33k), Guadalajara (4.14k), and Ecatepec de Morelos (3.98k).
