In the second quarter of 2024 the gross domestic product was $2.39T MX, 10.9% more than the previous quarter.

According DENUE 2024, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction registered 440 economic units. The states with the highest number of economic units were Ciudad de México (47), Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave (44), and Nuevo León (36).

In the second quarter of 2024, Construction recorded a gross domestic product of $2.39T MX, evidencing an increase of 10.9% compared to the previous quarter and an increase of 11.5% compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to data from the Economic Census 2019,  210 economic units were totaled in Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, highlighting Ciudad de México (30), Jalisco (21), and Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave (17).

Total gross production was $10.6B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Ciudad de México ($3.4B MX) and Jalisco ($1.17B MX).

Total income reached $10.9B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Ciudad de México ($3.58B MX) and Jalisco ($1.18B MX).

According to dato from Economic Census 2014, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction had a total of 300 economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of economic units were Guadalajara (42), Benito Juárez (27), and Puebla (24)

Total income eached $9.78B MX and the municipalities with the highest income were Coatzacoalcos ($2.43B MX), Hermosillo ($1.22B MX), and Manzanillo ($955M MX).

Total expenditures were $7.26B MX and the municipalities with the highest expenditures were Coatzacoalcos ($1.89B MX), Hermosillo ($1.03B MX), and Manzanillo ($771M MX).

On the other hand, in 2014 there were 13062 employees dependent on economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of employees were Tijuana (1.56k), Guadalajara (1.48k), and Manzanillo (1.43k).
