The main product bought by Mexico from Saudi Arabia in 2023 was Ethers, Peroxides, and their Halogenated, Sulfonated, Nitrated or Nitrosated (US$130M). The main destinations of purchases made to Saudi Arabia were Ciudad de México (US$154M), Estado de México (US$39.2M), and Querétaro (US$21.3M).

Regarding remittances, in the second quarter of 2024, Mexico received US$136k in remittances from Saudi Arabia, while Saudi Arabia received US$35.6k in remittances from Mexico.

Finally, in terms of immigration to Mexico, 153 inmigrants from Saudi Arabia were registered in 2020, 32.7% women and 67.3% men. The states with the highest concentration of inmigrants from Saudi Arabia were Ciudad de México (105 people), Estado de México (28 people), and Oaxaca (19 people).
