The average age of Athletes, Coaches and Referees was 35.4 years. The workforce was distributed in 68.6% men with an average salary of $6.99k MX and, 31.4% women with average salary of $4.25k MX.

The best average salaries received by Athletes, Coaches and Referees were in Nayarit ($12.7k MX), Zacatecas ($12.1k MX), and Puebla ($11.7k MX) while the workforce was larger in Estado de México (9.29k), Ciudad de México (8.09k), and Jalisco (4.73k).

In terms of industries, the best average salaries were in Guidance and Social Work Services ($15k MX), Retail Trade of Health Care Items ($8.6k MX), and Regulation and Promotion of Economic Developmen ($8.06k MX), while the workforce was concentrated on Amusement Parks and Arcades (44.3k), Professional Athletes and Sports Teams (31.3k), and Justice Administration and Security and Public Order Preservation (3.06%).

Comparing the first quarter of 2021 and the second quarter of 2024, the main positive variations occurred in Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave and Ciudad de México with an increase of 2.4k (164%) and 1.85k (29.6%), respectively. On the other hand, the negative variations were accentuated in Estado de México and Yucatán with a decrease of 7.59k (45%) and 1.95k (68.7%), respectively.

Regarding the schooling years, the workforce was higher in the range with 16 to 18 years of schooling concentrating 20.9k workers of which 43.2%  corresponds to formal employment (9.01k) and 56.8% corresponds to informal employment (11.8k).
