In the second quarter of 2024 the gross domestic product was $2.57T MX, 6.82% more than the previous quarter.

According DENUE 2024, Freight Transportation Arrangement registered 5,069 economic units. The states with the highest number of economic units were Tamaulipas (853), Ciudad de México (712), and Baja California (501).

According to data from the Economic Census 2019,  4,296 economic units were totaled in Freight Transportation Arrangement, highlighting Tamaulipas (734), Ciudad de México (660), and Baja California (423).

Total gross production was $142B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Ciudad de México ($43.9B MX) and Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave ($16.5B MX).

Total income reached $144B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Ciudad de México ($44.4B MX) and Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave ($16.6B MX).

According to dato from Economic Census 2014, Freight Transportation Arrangement had a total of 9,741 economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of economic units were Nuevo Laredo (1.13k), Tijuana (831), and Manzanillo (726)

Total income eached $83.6B MX and the municipalities with the highest income were Miguel Hidalgo ($13.7B MX), Venustiano Carranza ($8.74B MX), and Iztacalco ($5.66B MX).

Total expenditures were $54.6B MX and the municipalities with the highest expenditures were Miguel Hidalgo ($13.9B MX), Venustiano Carranza ($4.79B MX), and Iztacalco ($3.76B MX).

On the other hand, in 2014 there were 131262 employees dependent on economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of employees were Venustiano Carranza (12.1k), Veracruz (11.9k), and Nuevo Laredo (11.3k).
