Total gross production was $10.6B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Coahuila de Zaragoza ($10.6B MX) and Sonora ($85.5M MX).

Total income reached $10.4B MX in 2019, being the states with the highest income Coahuila de Zaragoza ($10.3B MX) and Sonora ($85.5M MX).

According to dato from Economic Census 2014, Coal Mining had a total of 93 economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of economic units were Sabinas (84) and San Javier (9)

Total income eached $1.46B MX and the municipalities with the highest income were Sabinas ($1.38B MX) and San Javier ($81.1M MX).

Total expenditures were $626M MX and the municipalities with the highest expenditures were Sabinas ($595M MX) and San Javier ($31.8M MX).

On the other hand, in 2014 there were 2142 employees dependent on economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of employees were Sabinas (2.09k) and San Javier (51).
