Regarding remittances, in the second quarter of 2024, Mexico received US$0 in remittances from Cuba, while Cuba received US$0 in remittances from Mexico.

Finally, in terms of immigration to Mexico, 12,671 inmigrants from Cuba were registered in 2020, 40.6% women and 59.4% men. The states with the highest concentration of inmigrants from Cuba were Chihuahua (2,094 people), Tamaulipas (1,406 people), and Quintana Roo (1,360 people).
